The synthesis methods of amine compounds according to the various hydrocarbon groups,espe-cially the aliphatic amines and aromatic amines are reviewed. The applications in the fields of flotation, metallurgy and wastewater treatment are also introduced. Based on the review,the future research of amine compounds is presented.
