钛酸酯偶联剂对水洗高岭土进行亲水改性,通过机械共混法制备了亲水改性高岭土/水性聚氨酯复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能、耐热性能。结果表明,当改性高岭土质量分数2.0%时,复合材料的拉伸强度为24.4 MPa,比聚氨酯增加53.1%,断裂伸长率达492%,增加9.6%,实现了复合材料的增韧增强,同时热稳定性也有所提高。
鈦痠酯偶聯劑對水洗高嶺土進行親水改性,通過機械共混法製備瞭親水改性高嶺土/水性聚氨酯複閤材料,研究瞭複閤材料的力學性能、耐熱性能。結果錶明,噹改性高嶺土質量分數2.0%時,複閤材料的拉伸彊度為24.4 MPa,比聚氨酯增加53.1%,斷裂伸長率達492%,增加9.6%,實現瞭複閤材料的增韌增彊,同時熱穩定性也有所提高。
태산지우련제대수세고령토진행친수개성,통과궤계공혼법제비료친수개성고령토/수성취안지복합재료,연구료복합재료적역학성능、내열성능。결과표명,당개성고령토질량분수2.0%시,복합재료적랍신강도위24.4 MPa,비취안지증가53.1%,단렬신장솔체492%,증가9.6%,실현료복합재료적증인증강,동시열은정성야유소제고。
The hydrous kaolin was modified by titanate coupling agent. A series of hydrophilic modified kaolin/polyurethane dispersions were prepared successfully by mechanical blending,mechanical proper-ties and heat resistance of composite material have been studied. The results indicated that the tensile strength of the composites was 24 . 4 MPa with the content of modified kaolin was 2 . 0%,which increasing 53. 1% than the polyurethane,and the elongation at break up to 492%,increasing 9. 6%. The composites were achieved the effect of enhancing and toughening because of the adding of kaolin. Furthermore,the thermal stability was improved.
