探讨超声辅助法提取红枣果肉中黄酮的最佳工艺条件。通过正交实验确定新疆红枣最佳提取工艺为:乙醇浓度50%,提取时间50 min,料液比为1:30 g/mL,总黄酮提取率8.91 mg/g;陕北红枣的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度60%,提取时间50 min,料液比为1:20 g/mL,总黄酮提取率可达18.56 mg/g。新疆和陕北红枣黄酮提取液对O2-·和·OH都有较强的清除能力。

The optimum conditions for ultrasound-assisted extraction flavonoids from red dates was stud-ied. Orthogonal experiments showed that the best extraction technology of Xinjiang red dates:the ethanol concentration was 50%,extraction time was 50 min,the solid to liquid ratio was 1 :30 g/mL,the yield of flavonoids extraction was 8. 91 mg/g. Shanbei red dates optimum extraction of 60% ethanol,extraction time was 50 min,the solid to liquid ratio was 1 :20 g/mL,the yield of flavonoids extraction was 18. 56 mg/g. The flavonoids extraction from Xinjiang and Shanbei red dates had strong scavenging capacity to O2-· and ·OH.
