针对邻氰基氯苄和苯使用存在的污染问题,探讨以邻氰基甲苯为原料,经侧链氯化得到邻氰基氯苄,然后直接与过量亚磷酸三乙酯进行酯化反应生成邻氰基苄基亚磷酸二乙酯的绿色合成工艺。研究表明,以白炽灯为催化光源,氯化反应温度140℃,氯化深度1.0,酯化温度155℃,酯化反应时间4 h为最佳工艺条件;严格控制氯化深度在1.0以下是保证产品质量的关键;将光氯化和酯化过程联用,减少环境污染。
針對鄰氰基氯芐和苯使用存在的汙染問題,探討以鄰氰基甲苯為原料,經側鏈氯化得到鄰氰基氯芐,然後直接與過量亞燐痠三乙酯進行酯化反應生成鄰氰基芐基亞燐痠二乙酯的綠色閤成工藝。研究錶明,以白熾燈為催化光源,氯化反應溫度140℃,氯化深度1.0,酯化溫度155℃,酯化反應時間4 h為最佳工藝條件;嚴格控製氯化深度在1.0以下是保證產品質量的關鍵;將光氯化和酯化過程聯用,減少環境汙染。

Aiming at pollution from o-cyanobenzyl chloride and benzene,a green synthesis process was provided by using o-cyanotoluene as starting molecular,after photochlorination,o-cyanobenzyl chloride di-rectly reacted with a slight excess of triethyl phosphate by esterification reaction without adding other or-ganic solvents. The results show that the optimal technological condition is chlorination at 140 ℃,1. 0 of chlorination degree,using incandescent light bulb,esterification at 155 ℃ for 4 h. The critical factor is controlling chlorination degree under 1. 0,combination of photochlorination and esterification,in order to reduce pollution to enviroment.
