Distillation principle is emphasis and difficulty of the course principle of Chemical Engineering. Design microlecture video and form mobile learning resource can provide the students online tutoring after school. In this paper, microlecture was designed from five aspects,in which distillation principle is intuitive,vivid and engineering. This paper provides the reference for the excellent microlecture video production.
