采用碳酸钙沉积法对QD-681A、QD-632A、QD-631-5A、QD-655四种药剂的阻垢性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,药剂单一作用时,QD-655阻垢率最高;复配使用时,QD-632A与QD-631-5A在4:1的比例下阻垢率最高;药剂的浓度增大时, QD-681A的阻垢率升高,QD-655的阻垢率略有降低;随着温度的升高,药剂的阻垢率降低;Ca2+浓度增大时,QD-681A的阻垢率先升高后降低,QD-655的阻垢率逐渐降低;随着HCO3-浓度的增大,药剂的阻垢性能降低。
採用碳痠鈣沉積法對QD-681A、QD-632A、QD-631-5A、QD-655四種藥劑的阻垢性能進行瞭評價。實驗結果錶明,藥劑單一作用時,QD-655阻垢率最高;複配使用時,QD-632A與QD-631-5A在4:1的比例下阻垢率最高;藥劑的濃度增大時, QD-681A的阻垢率升高,QD-655的阻垢率略有降低;隨著溫度的升高,藥劑的阻垢率降低;Ca2+濃度增大時,QD-681A的阻垢率先升高後降低,QD-655的阻垢率逐漸降低;隨著HCO3-濃度的增大,藥劑的阻垢性能降低。

The inhibition performance of four scale inhibitors including QD-681A,QD-632A,QD-631-5A and QD-655 were evaluated by calcium carbonate deposition method. The experiment results show that the inhibition efficiency of QD-655 is the highest when scale inhibitor is single-use. The inhibition efficiency of QD-632A and QD-631-5A in 4:1 ratio is the highest when scale inhibitors are mixed - use. With the increased mass concentration,the inhibition performance of QD-681A is enhanced and the inhibition performance of QD-655 decrease slightly. As the temperature increases,the inhibition efficiency of scale inhibitors decreases. With the increased concentration of Ca2+,the inhibition efficiency of QD-681A increases first and then decreases,and the inhibition efficiency of QD-655 decreases. As the concentration of HCO3 - increases,the inhibition efficiency of scale inhibitors decreases.
