利用硫普罗宁分子中的巯基(-SH)能将磷钼酸铵定量还原为在715 nm处有最大吸收的磷钼蓝,于715 nm处测定磷钼蓝的吸光度,据此吸光度可计算硫普罗宁的含量,从而建立了间接测定硫普罗宁含量的新方法。方法用于药物中硫普罗宁含量测定,结果与标准方法相一致。

Ammonium molybdophosphate could be reduced to phosphomolybdic blue which its maximum absorption wavelength is 715 nm by hydrosulfuryl( -SH)in tiopronin molecule. The absorbance of phosphomolybdic blue is measured at 715 nm,and the content of tiopronin can be calculated based on this absorbance. A novel method for the spectrophotometric determination of tiopronin by phosphomolybdic blue has been established. This proposed method has been applied to determinate of tiopronin in pharmaceutical sample,and the results agree well with standard method.
