本文以双甘膦为原料催化氧化制备草甘膦,考察了双甘膦浓度、分散剂、反应温度以及搅拌速度等对双甘膦转化率和草甘膦收率的影响。在最佳工艺条件下,双甘膦的转化率可以达到99.3%,草甘膦的收率可以达到87.3%。
本文以雙甘膦為原料催化氧化製備草甘膦,攷察瞭雙甘膦濃度、分散劑、反應溫度以及攪拌速度等對雙甘膦轉化率和草甘膦收率的影響。在最佳工藝條件下,雙甘膦的轉化率可以達到99.3%,草甘膦的收率可以達到87.3%。

In this paper,N-phosphonomethyl iminodiacetic acid was synthesized by catalytic oxidation of glyphosate. The effects of the concentration, dispersing agent, temperature and stirring speed on both the conversion of N -phosphonomethyl iminodiacetic acid and the yield of the glyphosate were investigated. Under appropriate condition,the conversion of N-phosphonomethyl iminodiacetic acid is 99. 3%,the yield of the glyphosate is over 87. 3%.
