以L-丙氨酸和L-谷氨酰胺为起始原料,以邻苯二甲酰基为保护基,采用混合酸酐法接肽,水合肼脱保护,得到目标产物。探讨了接肽时的最佳溶剂,肼解脱保护时的最佳温度等反应条件。总收率大于38%,纯度大于99%(液相色谱外标法定量)。产品通过核磁共振氢谱、熔点测定、红外光谱等手段进行了表征。

L-alanine-L-glutamine was prepared by using L-alanine and L-glutamine as main material which was protected with phthalic anhydride. The best reaction conditions such as reaction solvent and temperature were discussed. The final reaction yield was more than 38% and purity more than 99%. The final product was characterized by means of HNMR,IR.
