采用TAM Air微量热仪测定了1，3-二氨基硫脲（TCH）在301.15K时对粟酒裂殖酵母细胞生长代谢的产热曲线，根据产热曲线计算得到了粟酒裂殖酵母细胞在TCH作用下的最大发热功率Pmax、生长代谢速率常数k、传代时间tG、抑制率I及半抑制浓度cI，50等热动力学参数。实验结果表明：随着TCH浓度的增加，粟酒裂殖酵母细胞的生长代谢速率常数k和最大放热功率Pmax减少，传代时间tG 和抑制率I增加，半抑制浓度cI，50为0.3170 g·L-1（2.9873×10-3 mol·L-1），即TCH对粟酒裂殖酵母细胞的生长具有抑制作用。

The thermokinetic properties of the action of TCH on the growth metabolism of S. pombe was studied by method of the microcaborimetry at 301. 15K. The maximum heat output power Pmax ,growth rate constant k,generation time tG , inhibitive ratio I and half inhibiton concentration cI,50 wew obtained,respectively. Experimental results show that the k values,Pmax values of S. pombe decreased and tG values,I values of S. pombe increased with the increase in the concentrations of TCH and the half inhibition concentrations(cI,50)of TCH was found to be 0. 3170 g·L-1(2. 9873 × 10 -3 mol·L-1 ). The TCH has good inhibition action on the growth of S. pombe.
