本文对国标法测定蓖麻种子中粗脂肪含量的过程进行了优化,并利用优化后的方法对通辽地区的12种蓖麻材料种子中的粗脂肪含量进行测定、分析,以期为蓖麻高油品质育种研究及化工原料的选择提供参考数据。实验结果如下:12种材料中,百粒重在25g-34g之间,4019的值最大。种仁率在69%-78%之间,通蓖7号最高。种子中粗脂肪比率在46%-54%之间,2129值最大;种仁中粗脂肪比率在63%-71%之间,2129值最大;以种子中粗脂肪含量比率大小和以种仁中粗脂肪含量比率大小为指标对12种蓖麻材料进行排序的结果是不同的。以种子中粗脂肪含量比率为指标来衡量不同品种或品系蓖麻的品质,比用种仁中粗脂肪含量比率作为指标更直观。

In this paper, the national standard method of determination of crude fat content in castor seed process is opti-mized, and by using the optimized method for TongLiao region the crude fat content of 12 kinds of castor seed material measurement, analysis, For castor oil of high quality breeding research and provide reference data for the selection of chemical raw materials. The experimental results are as follows:In the 12 materials(data), hundred-grain weight be-tween 25g and 34g, the value of the maximum of 4019. Rate of seeds between 69%and 78%, Tong castor no.7 is high-est;the rate of crude fat in the seed between 46%to 54%, The value of the maximum of 2129;the rate of crude fat in the kernel between 63%to 71%, The value of the maximum of 2129;Ration of crude fat content in the seed size and ra-tion of crude fat content in seeds size as indicators of 12 castor material sorting result is different. To crude fat content in seed ratio as an index to measure the quality of different varieties or strains castor, than the crude fat content in seeds ratio as indexes more intuitive.
