将PTFE-PPS复合网膜分离油水原理,推广应用在汽轮机主油箱回油通道中,提出了增强主油箱油水分离效果的改造措施,自制一种简易的间歇性多级油水分离装置,对含水量超标的润滑油进行脱水处理,为机组日常的运行维护工作提供借鉴。
將PTFE-PPS複閤網膜分離油水原理,推廣應用在汽輪機主油箱迴油通道中,提齣瞭增彊主油箱油水分離效果的改造措施,自製一種簡易的間歇性多級油水分離裝置,對含水量超標的潤滑油進行脫水處理,為機組日常的運行維護工作提供藉鑒。

In this paper, the principle of PTFE-PPS composite oil-water separation has been applied in the main tank’ s oil return channel of steam turbine, and the retrofit measures for oil-water separation of main tank had been proposed to reinforce effect. A simple intermittent multistage devices for oil-water separation had been made to dehydrate the ex-cess moisture content of lubricating oil, then the reference for the operation of the unit daily maintenance had been pro-vided.
