数值模拟为桥梁爆破拆除的关键步骤之一,为了实现对钢筋混凝土简支板梁桥爆破拆除过程的有限元数值模拟,运用动力分析软件———ANSYS/LS-DYAN建立了分离式共节点模型。首先,比较分析了在板梁两侧切口与跨中切口采用微差爆破与不采用微差爆破两种方案下的爆破效果;其次,对跨中裸露钢筋的受力过程进行了分析;最后,对板梁的下落速度进行了对比分析。结果表明:分离式共节点模型可以体现出钢筋和混凝土的力学性能差异;采用微差爆破的爆破效果更好。

The numerical simulation of explosive demolition of bridges was an important step to realize the demo-lition of reinforced concrete bridges of simply-supported plate girder,the separate model of common nodes was estab-lished by the dynamic analysis software———ANSYS/LS-DYAN. Firstly,the blasting effect with millisecond delay and without millisecond delay scheme at the cuts on both sides and min-span of the plate girder were discussed;second-ly,the loading process of the bare steel in the cross was studied;finally,the falling velocity of the plate girder was compared. Results showed that the separate model and common nodes reflected the difference of the mechanical prop-erty between the steel and concrete,and the blasting effect of the the millisecond blasting scheme was better.
