随着矿山的生产规模日趋加大,地下深孔爆破技术成为目前大型地下矿山安全高效采矿的主要手段。以开阳磷矿区的马路坪矿下磷4盘区作为研究对象,通过现场声波测试分析其矿岩可爆性,结合地下实际生产情况,采用竖直扇形布孔和倾斜扇形布孔相结合的布孔方式,并进行现场爆破试验。试验结果表明:改进的布孔方式能够降低爆后矿房上部“三角区”受顶板压应力作用时的应力集中和矿房底部根底,同时提出了合理的爆破孔网参数,可以指导矿山的实际生产。

With the increasing of mining production,the underground deep hole blasting technology became a major means of safe and efficient mining method in large underground mine. With the zone 4 of under phosphate in Maluping mine as the research object,the rock blastability was analyzed through field acoustic test. Combined with the practical production situation of underground,the vertical fan bore cloth and tilted fan holes arrangement way were designed,and the on-site tests were performed. The test results show that the improved hole arrangement re-duced the effect of stress concentration at the chamber upper "triangle" under the roof pressure stress and the toe rock phenomenon at the bottom of chamber. Furthermore,the reasonable blasting hole parameters was also put for-ward to guide the actual production of the mine.
