目的：比较超声引导经皮置管引流与常规保守方法治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法早期急性胰腺炎患者104例，分为观察组和对照组各52例。观察组采用超声引导经皮置管引流治疗，对照组给予常规保守治疗。治疗结束后对两组的临床疗效进行比较。结果观察组患者中败血症、ARDS、MODS等并发症发生率、中转手术率及死亡率明显低于对照组，观察组患者体温恢复时间、血清CRP恢复时间、积液消失时间及住院总天数均少于对照组。结论采用超声引导经皮置管引流治疗急性胰腺炎有利于胰腺、胰周积聚液体的清除，效果明显好于对照组，且安全性好。

Objective To compare the curative effect of ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage with that of routine con-servative treatment. Methods 104 cases with acute pancreatitis at early stage were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group, 52 in each;ultrasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage was performed on cases in observation group while con-servative treatment on cases in control group;the clinical curative effects of the 2 groups after treatment were compared. Results The complication occurrence of septicemia, ARDS and MODS, the rate of transferring to operation and the mortality rate in observation group were lower than those in control group;the time of body temperature recovering, the time of serum CRP recovering, the time of ef-fusion disappearance and the days of hospitalization in observation group were less than those in control group. Conclusions To apply ul-trasound-guided percutaneous catheter drainage in the treatment of acute pancreatitis is helpful to clear the liquid accumulation around pancreas and peripancreas, the effect is much better than that in control group and it is very safe.
