目的：观察个性化护理对老年糖尿病患者出院后遵医行为的影响，探讨提高老年糖尿病患者护理质量的措施。方法选择同期住院治疗的老年2型糖尿病患者84例，随机均分为对照组和观察组，对照组住院期间给予常规专科护理，观察组住院期间施行个性化护理措施，比较两组患者出院6个月后血糖指标、遵医行为评分及生活质量评分。结果出院6个月后两组患者的血糖指标、遵医行为评分及生活质量评分比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组均优于对照组。结论对老年住院糖尿病患者应积极施行个性化护理措施，不仅有利于患者住院期间的恢复，还有利于患者出院后血糖水平的控制与生活质量的提高。
목적：관찰개성화호리대노년당뇨병환자출원후준의행위적영향，탐토제고노년당뇨병환자호리질량적조시。방법선택동기주원치료적노년2형당뇨병환자84례，수궤균분위대조조화관찰조，대조조주원기간급여상규전과호리，관찰조주원기간시행개성화호리조시，비교량조환자출원6개월후혈당지표、준의행위평분급생활질량평분。결과출원6개월후량조환자적혈당지표、준의행위평분급생활질량평분비교，차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05），관찰조균우우대조조。결론대노년주원당뇨병환자응적겁시행개성화호리조시，불부유리우환자주원기간적회복，환유리우환자출원후혈당수평적공제여생활질량적제고。
Objective To discuss the effect of individualized nursing on compliance behaviors of the senile patients with diabetes af-ter discharge. Methods 84 senile patients with diabetes type 2 were randomly divided into 2 groups: observation group and control group, 42 in each;routine nursing was applied to all the patients in the 2 groups while individualized nursing was added to patients in ob-servation group;a comparative study was made to the blood sugar index, the scores of compliance behavior and the scores of life quality of the patients 6 months after discharge between the 2 groups. Results The blood sugar index, the scores of compliance behavior and the scores of life quality of the patients in observation group were of statistical difference from those of the patients in control group(P<0.05)and were more superior. Conclusions Individualized nursing for senile patients with diabetes is helpful for the recovery of the pa-tients in hospital, further more, is helpful for the control of blood sugar and promotion of life quality after discharge.
