通过对当前数字化微格教学的现状分析,指出在实际操作过程中存在的问题与不足,并针对教育理念、课堂情景、课后反馈与评价等方面提出了相应的对策,有助于培养师范生的教学实践能力,提高教学水平。

According to the real condition of Changshu Institute of Technology, this paper analyzes the present situ?ation of digital microteaching, and points out existing problems and deficiency in the process of operation. Besides, the paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures based on the educational idea, classroom situation and after-class feedback and evaluating , which will be beneficial to cultivating the teaching practice ability of normal students, and improving teaching as well.
