近视是导致视力低下及致盲的主要眼病之一，探索研究近视发生发展的规律及其影响因素，已成为眼科工作中十分重要的问题。近年来研究发现，多种生长因子与近视的发生发展密切相关。就生长因子在近视形成中的作用进行综述。

Myopia is one of the main eye diseases which can lead to low vision and blindness. To explore the rules of occurrence and development of myopia and its influencing factors has become a very important problem in ophthalmol-ogy work. The studies in recent years found that a variety of growth factors is closely related with the occurrence and development of myopia. This article summarizes the role of growth factors in the formation of myopia.
