对江苏省11所新建本科院校“十二五”发展规划文本进行比较研究，分析了这些院校规划中所提出的总体目标、发展战略任务之间的异同及各自的发展理念，并就学校的发展目标、特色发展战略、发展任务中学科建设和专业建设的关系及人才培养和课程建设等进行了探讨，提出了一些思考和建议。
對江囌省11所新建本科院校“十二五”髮展規劃文本進行比較研究，分析瞭這些院校規劃中所提齣的總體目標、髮展戰略任務之間的異同及各自的髮展理唸，併就學校的髮展目標、特色髮展戰略、髮展任務中學科建設和專業建設的關繫及人纔培養和課程建設等進行瞭探討，提齣瞭一些思攷和建議。
대강소성11소신건본과원교“십이오”발전규화문본진행비교연구，분석료저사원교규화중소제출적총체목표、발전전략임무지간적이동급각자적발전이념，병취학교적발전목표、특색발전전략、발전임무중학과건설화전업건설적관계급인재배양화과정건설등진행료탐토，제출료일사사고화건의。
In comparison with the“Twelfth Five-Year”Development Planning Texts of the eleven newly-built un?dergraduate colleges and universities in Jiangsu province, this paper makes an analysis of the similarities and differ?ences between the overall objectives and development strategic tasks in these institutions and their respective devel?opment philosophies. Besides, the paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on the schools’development goals, distinctive development strategies, the relationship between discipline construction and specialty construction in the development tasks, talent training and course construction.
