目的：优选一年蓬中黄酮类成分的最佳提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验法，以总黄酮得率及木犀草素的含量为指标，考察乙醇浓度、超高压压力、保压时间、固液比对一年蓬中黄酮类成分提取效果的影响。结果：最佳提取工艺为：乙醇体积分数为60%、超高压压力为400 MPa、超高压时间4 min、固液比1：80。结论：超高压提取方法时间短、收率高，是一种提取一年蓬中黄酮类成分较好的方法。
목적：우선일년봉중황동류성분적최가제취공예。방법：채용정교시험법，이총황동득솔급목서초소적함량위지표，고찰을순농도、초고압압력、보압시간、고액비대일년봉중황동류성분제취효과적영향。결과：최가제취공예위：을순체적분수위60%、초고압압력위400 MPa、초고압시간4 min、고액비1：80。결론：초고압제취방법시간단、수솔고，시일충제취일년봉중황동류성분교호적방법。
Objective:To optimize the best extraction technology of the flavonoids was extracted from the Erigeron annuus(L.) Pers. Methods:The ultra high pressure extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test experiments. luteolin and the content of to-tal flavonoid as indexes,Examine the alcohol concentration,super high pressure and holding time, solid-liquid ratio effect on extraction rate of flavonoids. Results:Optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentrations 60%, UHP pressure 400 MPa, ex-traction time 4 min, and solid/liquid ratio 1:80 (g/mL). Conclusion:UHP technology was a good extract method for it has more flavo-nids yield and has less extract time.
