目的：通过卒中注册系统，了解本地区卒中患者的分布特点及就诊现状。方法：利用卒中注册系统，前瞻性登记我院神经内科自2011年12月至2013年10月符合注册标准的1180例脑卒中患者的基本资料，采用SPSS13.0统计软件回顾性分析患者的基本资料。结果：本研究共注册登记1180例卒中患者，男女患者在发病年龄、文化程度、院前延误等方面存在差异，不同类型卒中患者院前转运方式存在差异。结论：公众对卒中的急救意识差，院前延迟情况更严重，急需加强公众对卒中的认知。
목적：통과졸중주책계통，료해본지구졸중환자적분포특점급취진현상。방법：이용졸중주책계통，전첨성등기아원신경내과자2011년12월지2013년10월부합주책표준적1180례뇌졸중환자적기본자료，채용SPSS13.0통계연건회고성분석환자적기본자료。결과：본연구공주책등기1180례졸중환자，남녀환자재발병년령、문화정도、원전연오등방면존재차이，불동류형졸중환자원전전운방식존재차이。결론：공음대졸중적급구의식차，원전연지정황경엄중，급수가강공음대졸중적인지。
Objective:In order to understand the present situation of the distribution characteristics of stroke patients and the sit-uation of see a doctor by means of the Stroke Registry System. Methods:The relevant data of 1180 stroke patients was prospectively registered by the Stroke Registry System from December 2011 to October 2013. The basic information was retrospectively analyzed by SPSS13.0. Results:1180 cases of stroke patients were registered in this study, It was different between male and female patients in age, educational level, prehospital delay and other aspects. The patients of different type of stroke were sent by different ways to hospi-tal. Conclusions:The public awareness of stroke aid is poor, prehospital delay resulted in low rate of ischemic stroke thrombolysis, It is urgently need to strengthen public awareness of stroke.
