目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定生麦饮(党参方)中鲁斯可皂苷元的含量。方法:以Diamonsil(5μm,4.6 mm×250mm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.2%冰乙酸溶液(25:75)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃,用蒸发光散射检测器检测。结果:鲁斯可皂苷元浓度在6.28~113.00μg/mL范围内浓度对数值与峰面积的对数值呈良好线性关系,r=0.9996,样品平均加样回收率为98.7%(n=6),RSD为1.2%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于生麦饮(党参方)中鲁斯可皂苷元的含量测定。

목적:건립고효액상색보법측정생맥음(당삼방)중로사가조감원적함량。방법:이Diamonsil(5μm,4.6 mm×250mm)위색보주,을정-0.2%빙을산용액(25:75)위류동상,류속1.0mL·min-1,주온30℃,용증발광산사검측기검측。결과:로사가조감원농도재6.28~113.00μg/mL범위내농도대수치여봉면적적대수치정량호선성관계,r=0.9996,양품평균가양회수솔위98.7%(n=6),RSD위1.2%。결론:본방법간편、준학、중복성호,가용우생맥음(당삼방)중로사가조감원적함량측정。
Objective:To establish a method for content determination of Ruscogenin in Shengmaiyin by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: Content determination was carried out on a Diamonsil (5 μm,4.6 mm × 250mm) with acetoni-trile-0.2%glacial acetic acid (25:75) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and column temperature was 30℃. The detec-tion was performed on an evaporative light-scattering detector. Results:Logarithm of Concentration and logarithm of peak area showed good linear relationship when Ruscogenin was in the range of 6.28~113.00μg/mL (r=0.9996), sample average recovery was 98.7%(n=6) with a RSD of 1.2%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be used for the content determina-tion of Ruscogenin in Shengmaiyin.
