Yishen Capsule%Loganin%HPLC
目的：HPLC法测定益肾胶囊中马钱苷的含量。方法：色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm)为填充剂；流动相：乙腈—水(14：86)，检测波长为238nm；流速为1.0ml/min。结果：马钱苷线性范围5.17～51.68μg/ml，平均回收率为99.88%, RSD为0.4%。结论：方法简便，结果准确。能有效控制益肾胶囊中马钱苷的质量。

목적：HPLC법측정익신효낭중마전감적함량。방법：색보주위Agilent C18주(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm)위전충제；류동상：을정—수(14：86)，검측파장위238nm；류속위1.0ml/min。결과：마전감선성범위5.17～51.68μg/ml，평균회수솔위99.88%, RSD위0.4%。결론：방법간편，결과준학。능유효공제익신효낭중마전감적질량。
Objective:To determine the content of Loganin by HPLC in Yishen Capsule. Methods:The determination was carried out with Agilent C-18column. The mobile phase was consisted of CH3CN-H2O (14:86). The flow rate was 1ml/min and the detective wavelength was at 238nm. Results:The content of Loganin can be determined by HPLC. The linear concentration range was 5.17~51.68μg/ml. The average recoveries was 99.88%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Yishen Capsule.
