目的:建立高效液相法测定保元胶囊Ⅰ中丹酚酸B的含量。方法:色谱柱为Angilent C18柱;流动相:甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30:10:1:59),检测波长为286nm;流速为1.0ml/min。结果:丹酚酸B线性范围10.28~61.68μg·mL-1,平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.5%。结论:方法简便,结果准确。能有效控制保元胶囊Ⅰ的质量。

목적:건립고효액상법측정보원효낭Ⅰ중단분산B적함량。방법:색보주위Angilent C18주;류동상:갑순-을정-갑산-수(30:10:1:59),검측파장위286nm;류속위1.0ml/min。결과:단분산B선성범위10.28~61.68μg·mL-1,평균회수솔위100.0%,RSD=0.5%。결론:방법간편,결과준학。능유효공제보원효낭Ⅰ적질량。
Objective:To determine the content of Salvianolic acid B by HPLC in Baoyuan CapsuleⅠ. Methods:The determina-tion was carried out with Angilent C18 column.The mobile phase.consisted of CH3OH-CH3CN-HCOOH-H2O (30:10:1:59) . The flow rate was 1ml/min and the detective wavelength was at 286nm. Results:The content of Salvianolic acid B can be determined by HPLC. The linear concentration range of Salvianolic acid B was 10.28~61.68μg/ml. The average recovery was 100.0%respectively. Conclu-tion:The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control quality of Baoyuan capsuleⅠ.
