转化生长因子β（ TGF-β）是细胞外基质最重要的调节因子，是目前已知的与纤维化关系最密切的生长因子，它通过 Smad 和非 Smad 信号途径发挥生物学作用。近年研究发现， TGF-β信号通路与心房纤维化的发生和发展密切相关，深入研究有助于为心房颤动心房纤维化的治疗提供新的思路。现就 TGF-β信号转导通路与心房颤动心肌纤维化的关系进行综述。

Transforming growth factor-βsignal pathway is believed to be the most important extra-cellular matrix regulator , which is also the most closely related to growth factor in the process of tissue fi-brosis currently , playing its biological function through Smad and non -Smad signaling pathway . Recent studies suggest that TGF-βsignal pathway is closely related with atrial fibrosis , and further studies will sup-ply a new approach for the treatment of atrial fibrosis in atrial fibrallition .Here is to make a review on the relationship between TGF-βsignal pathway and atrial fibrosis in atrial fibrallition .
