长期以来，我国一直都摆脱不了老师教、学生学的“填鸭式”教学模式，对于知识，学生只能被动地接受，这样又何谈创新能力的培养呢？为了适应新课改的要求，教师应该倡导和鼓励在学习中的合作，加强小组合作的学习模式，尤其是数学这一门看似很枯燥的学科。通过有效的小组合作学习，提高学生的学习主动性，挖掘学生的潜能，让学生在愉快的学习中提高自身的成绩与能力。

For a long time, our country has always can't get away from the teacher teaching, students learning"cramming"teaching model, for knowledge, students can only passively accept, so the cultivation of innovation ability and how to talk about? In order to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform, we should advocate and encourage cooperation in learning, to strengthen the team cooperation mode of learning, especially math a seemingly boring subject.
