刚建（2013年申报，2014年获批）本科院校面临着诸多问题，既有教育类型的定位问题，又有升格后带来的定位问题。从教学工作合格评估、适应国家高校分类管理政策、学校持续发展的关系三方面谈了科学定位的意义，从满足职业教育发展规律和转型对学校的要求、适应区域经济社会的发展以及对人才培养的需要、立足学校的现实基础和彰显学校特色三方面谈了如何定位，为进行科学定位提供了借鉴。

The newly built (2013 declaration, approved in 2014)undergraduate colleges is facing many problems,both the position of educational type, and upgraded to bring the localization problem.
