目的：探讨辨证施护和整体观念的中医护理理念在骨折损伤患者的临床意义。方法回顾性分析2011年7月至2013年3月我院收治的100例骨折损伤患者的临床资料。结果观察组患者3个月内再入院率、3个月内＞2次再入院率明显比对照组低，遵守医嘱的患者比对照组多，健康知识达标率及护理满意度比对照组高，住院天数比对照组短（ P＜0.05）。结论辨证施护和整体观念的中医护理理念在骨折损伤患者的临床应用效果良好，值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of syndrome nursing care in patients with fracture injury.Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of patients with fracture injury who had been treated in our hospital from July 2011 to March 2013 were retro-spectively analyzed.Results The readmission rate within three months and >2 times within 3 months of the observation group were signifi-cantly lower , the number of following the doctors'advice was significantly more , the compliance rate of health knowledge and care satisfaction rate were significantly higher , the number of hospitalization days was significantly shorter than those of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Con-clusions The clinical application effect of syndrome nursing care and the overall concept of the medicine philosophy in nursing for patients with fracture injury is good , so is worthy of promotion.
