目的：探讨三重组合口腔护理（冲洗器冲洗＋口腔含漱＋传统擦拭）在口腔颌面外科护理中的应用效果。方法选择2010年12月至2012年12月在我院行口腔颌面术的患者200例，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组100例，观察组采用冲洗器冲洗＋口腔含漱＋传统擦拭护理，对照组采用冲洗器冲洗＋传统擦拭的护理方法，比较两组患者口腔清洁度、口腔舒适度及舌苔的变化。结果观察组患者口腔清洁程度、口腔舒适度、舌苔情况均明显好于对照组患者，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组患者均未发生不良反应。结论三重组合口腔护理能有效防治舌苔增厚，提高口腔清洁度与舒适度，提高患者生存质量，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토삼중조합구강호리（충세기충세＋구강함수＋전통찰식）재구강합면외과호리중적응용효과。방법선택2010년12월지2012년12월재아원행구강합면술적환자200례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조100례，관찰조채용충세기충세＋구강함수＋전통찰식호리，대조조채용충세기충세＋전통찰식적호리방법，비교량조환자구강청길도、구강서괄도급설태적변화。결과관찰조환자구강청길정도、구강서괄도、설태정황균명현호우대조조환자，조간차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05），량조환자균미발생불량반응。결론삼중조합구강호리능유효방치설태증후，제고구강청길도여서괄도，제고환자생존질량，치득추엄응용。
Objective Effect of triple combination oral care methods (flusher washing +traditional cleaning +oral rinse) on the oral and maxillofacial surgery.Methods Totals of 200 postoperative patients with oral and maxillofacial according from December 2010 to December 2012 were divided into observation group and control group with 100 cases in each , Control group received flusher washing and tra-ditional cleaning methods of oral care , while observation group received three combination methods of oral care.Then, oral cleanliness , oral comfort and tongue fur of the patients were compared between two groups.Results In observation groups , the number of patients with oral cleanliness, oral comfort, tongue coating were respectively better than those in the control group , P<0.05, and no adverse reaction was in the two groups.Conclusions Application of triple combination oral care methods can effectively prevent the tongue coating thickness , im-prove patients'oral cleanliness and comfort , and improve the quality of nursing care.
