目的：探讨舒适护理对手术室围术期患者的护理效果。方法收集2012年9月至2013年10月我院120例接受手术治疗患者的临床病例资料，其中60例患者采用围术期舒适护理模式，60例患者采用常规护理，比较两组患者血压、心率变化情况及两组患者对护理的满意度情况。结果护理后，观察组患者的心率、收缩压均较对照组出现了明显降低，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组对护理工作的总满意度为100.00％，明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论舒适护理措施有利于降低患者的术前应激，提高患者对护理的满意度，从而有利于患者的手术顺利开展和术后康复，值得临床应用。
목적：탐토서괄호리대수술실위술기환자적호리효과。방법수집2012년9월지2013년10월아원120례접수수술치료환자적림상병례자료，기중60례환자채용위술기서괄호리모식，60례환자채용상규호리，비교량조환자혈압、심솔변화정황급량조환자대호리적만의도정황。결과호리후，관찰조환자적심솔、수축압균교대조조출현료명현강저，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）；관찰조대호리공작적총만의도위100.00％，명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론서괄호리조시유리우강저환자적술전응격，제고환자대호리적만의도，종이유리우환자적수술순리개전화술후강복，치득림상응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on the perioperative patients in surgery room.Methods In the study 120 perioperative patients were included , of which 60 patients with perioperative comfort nursing , while the rest 60 cases with rou-tine nursing.The changes of blood pressure and heart rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups .Results After nurs-ing, patients'heart rate, systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group , the differ-ence was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) , were overall satisfaction with care was 100.0%in the observation group with significantly high-er than that in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Comfort care measures can help to reduce the patients'preoperative stress , im-prove patients'satisfaction with care and it is worthy of clinical application .
