目的：探讨脑卒中患者的有效神经康复护理模式及效果。方法选取我院2012年12月至2013年8月收治的70例脑卒中患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各35例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用全方位综合性护理，比较两组患者的康复积极性、心理状态以及康复效果。结果观察组护理后的康复积极性评分高于对照组，焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组护理后的Barthel指数、MMSE评分高于对照组，神经功能缺损评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论综合性护理是符合护理程序的护理模式，有利于满足脑卒中患者康复期间的身心需要，提高康复效果。
목적：탐토뇌졸중환자적유효신경강복호리모식급효과。방법선취아원2012년12월지2013년8월수치적70례뇌졸중환자위연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각35례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조채용전방위종합성호리，비교량조환자적강복적겁성、심리상태이급강복효과。결과관찰조호리후적강복적겁성평분고우대조조，초필、억욱평분저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）；관찰조호리후적Barthel지수、MMSE평분고우대조조，신경공능결손평분저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론종합성호리시부합호리정서적호리모식，유리우만족뇌졸중환자강복기간적신심수요，제고강복효과。
Objective To investigate the effective nursing methods and the effect of neural rehabilitation in stroke pa-tients.Methods In our hospital from December 2012 to August 2013 70 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group the and control group , the control group was received routine nursing , the observation group was adopted omni -directional comprehen-sive nursing, positive psychology and rehabilitation , rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results The rehabilitation positive score after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group , the anxiety, depression scores were lower than those in the control group , with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Barthel index and MMSE score after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group , the neurological deficit score was lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Comprehensive nursing is pattern conforms to the nursing program , it is used to meet the physical and psychological needs of stroke pa-tients in a period of rehabilitation to improve the rehabilitation effect.
