目的：探讨耳穴磁疗配合心理护理对维持性血液透析并发抑郁的临床疗效。方法选取维持性血液透析并发抑郁症患者80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组40例。对照组患者进行常规血液透析治疗，治疗组在常规血液透析治疗基础上同时进行耳穴磁疗配合认知行为护理疗法。治疗4 w和8 w后统计临床疗效。结果治疗4 w后，治疗组Zung抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组（P＜0.01）；4 w减分率明显大于对照组（P＜0.01）。治疗8w后，治疗组Zung抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组（P＜0.01）；8 w减分率明显大于对照组（P＜0.01）。治疗组患者治疗8 w后高血压、低血糖、心律失常、消化道症状的并发症发生率均低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。结论耳穴磁疗配合心理干预对维持性血液透析并发抑郁症的患者透析稳定性具有较好的疗效。
목적：탐토이혈자료배합심리호리대유지성혈액투석병발억욱적림상료효。방법선취유지성혈액투석병발억욱증환자80례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조40례。대조조환자진행상규혈액투석치료，치료조재상규혈액투석치료기출상동시진행이혈자료배합인지행위호리요법。치료4 w화8 w후통계림상료효。결과치료4 w후，치료조Zung억욱자평량표평분저우대조조（P＜0.01）；4 w감분솔명현대우대조조（P＜0.01）。치료8w후，치료조Zung억욱자평량표평분저우대조조（P＜0.01）；8 w감분솔명현대우대조조（P＜0.01）。치료조환자치료8 w후고혈압、저혈당、심률실상、소화도증상적병발증발생솔균저우대조조（균P＜0.05）。결론이혈자료배합심리간예대유지성혈액투석병발억욱증적환자투석은정성구유교호적료효。
Objective To observe the effect of auricular point magnetotherapy with cognitive behavioral nursing care in the treat -ment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with depression.Methods A total of 80 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with depres-sion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , each group of 40 cases.The treatment group was given routine hemodialy-sis treatment on the basis of auricular point magnetotherapy combined with cognitive behavioral therapy , while the control group was treated with routine hemodialysis therapy only.Curative effect statistics was given after treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks.Results After 4 weeks and 8 weeks, SDS scores in two groups were decreased (P<0.05), and 8 weeks after the treatment, SDS score in treatment group was sta-tistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05) .In addition, after treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks, the occur rate of hy-potension, hypertension, arrhythmia, hypoglycemia, gastrointestinal symptoms in two group decreased , and after the treatment of 8 weeks, all that except for hypotension in the treatment group were statistically significant compared with the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions Auricular point therapy combined with psychological intervention has good curative effect on maintaining stability in treatment of mainte -nance hemodialysis patients with depression.
