分析了产品意象造型设计的发展现状,结合感性工学理论,调查了用户对家用制氧机造型的心理倾向并提出具体设计目标,运用形态分析法提取制氧机造型特征,应用数量化理论Ι实现了基于设计目标的造型特征集与用户感性意象相关度计算,建立了意象语意与造型特征的数学模型,并对模型进行求解,得出设计方案。结果表明,基于用户体验与定量分析的设计流程与设计方法,针对性强,方便快捷,有助于制氧机产品设计流程的优化。

It analyzes the current situation and research achievement on form design of product image.Based on Kansei engineering theory, it investigates user's preference and substantial design goal of domestic oxygenator.It uses themorphological analysis method to extract the attributes of form characteristics, which can calculate the relevance with user's perception image sense on the basis of qualification theory Ι.Based on the establishment and solution of mathematical model between perceptual image sense and form attributes, it obtains the optimized concept design scheme.The result indicates that the proposed design procedure based on user experience and quantitative analysis are of relatively high convenience and pertinence, the method is conducive to the optimiza-tion of product design progress.
