目的：探讨围术期放松训练对肺癌患者康复效果的影响。方法选择2010年1月至2012年12月我院肺科肺癌患者120例，按随机数字表法随机分为干预组和对照组，各60例。对照组进行常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上采取音乐疗法、渐进性肌肉放松及引导性想象等放松训练方法。干预后比较两组患者的生理、心理状况及疼痛度。结果干预前，两组患者状态焦虑问卷得分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），干预后干预组患者的状态焦虑问卷得分明显低于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。干预前，两组患者Rotterdam症状检测量表的生理纬度、心理纬度及总计得分差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05），干预后干预组患者的Rotterdam症状检测量表的生理纬度、心理纬度及总计得分明显低于对照组，差异有显著统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。结论放松训练可有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪，降低身体的不适感及疼痛度。
목적：탐토위술기방송훈련대폐암환자강복효과적영향。방법선택2010년1월지2012년12월아원폐과폐암환자120례，안수궤수자표법수궤분위간예조화대조조，각60례。대조조진행상규호리，간예조재상규호리적기출상채취음악요법、점진성기육방송급인도성상상등방송훈련방법。간예후비교량조환자적생리、심리상황급동통도。결과간예전，량조환자상태초필문권득분차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05），간예후간예조환자적상태초필문권득분명현저우대조조，차이유현저통계학의의（ P＜0.01）。간예전，량조환자Rotterdam증상검측량표적생리위도、심리위도급총계득분차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05），간예후간예조환자적Rotterdam증상검측량표적생리위도、심리위도급총계득분명현저우대조조，차이유현저통계학의의（ P＜0.01）。결론방송훈련가유효완해환자적초필정서，강저신체적불괄감급동통도。
Objective To discuss the impact of relaxation training of perioperative period on rehabilitation of patients with lung cancer.Methods From January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital 120 patients with lung cancer in pulmonary department were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group both with 60 cases.Control group was given routine nursing while intervention group was given music therapy , gradual muscle relaxation and guiding imagination therapy on basis of routine nursing .After intervention , physiological and mental status and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention , no significant difference exis-ted between two groups with anxiety questionnaire scores ( P>0.05 ); After intervention , anxiety questionnaire score of intervention group was obviously lower than that of control group ( P<0.01 ) .After intervention , physiological latitude , mental latitude and total score of Rot-terdam symptom detection scale of intervention group were obviously lower than those of control group ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusions Relaxa-tion training can effectively relieve anxiety feeling of patients and reduce uncomfortable feeling and pain degree of the body .
