目的:探讨临床路径教学法在实习护生PICC维护后并发症的影响。方法将120位实习护生按随机方法分为实验组与对照组,每组6队(60位)。对照组实习护生按照传统一对一教学方式进行带教,实验组实习护生按照临床路径教学表进行带教。比较两组实习护生PICC维护后并发症的发生情况。结果实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组( P<0.05),患者对护生参与维护满意度明显高于对照组( P<0.01)。结论临床路径教学法可以使老师及护生更加规范的进行PICC维护教学和学习,减少处置失当,降低并发症的发生率,提高护生PICC维护质量。

목적:탐토림상로경교학법재실습호생PICC유호후병발증적영향。방법장120위실습호생안수궤방법분위실험조여대조조,매조6대(60위)。대조조실습호생안조전통일대일교학방식진행대교,실험조실습호생안조림상로경교학표진행대교。비교량조실습호생PICC유호후병발증적발생정황。결과실험조병발증발생솔명현저우대조조( P<0.05),환자대호생삼여유호만의도명현고우대조조( P<0.01)。결론림상로경교학법가이사로사급호생경가규범적진행PICC유호교학화학습,감소처치실당,강저병발증적발생솔,제고호생PICC유호질량。
Objective To explore the effect of the clinical pathway teaching method on peripherally instered central catheter ( PICC) complications after nursing students maintained.Methods Totaled of 120 nursing students were randomly divided into the experi-mental group 6 team (n=60) and the control group 6 team (n=60) .Nursing students in the control group were taught in the traditional way of one to one , nursing students in the experimental group were taught in the way of the clinical pathway teaching method .The occurrence of complications after nursing students maintained were observed and compared between the control group and the experimental group .Results Incidence rate of complications was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group χ2 =6.154 ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The clinical pathway teaching method can make nursing teather and students more standard in PICC -maintenance , decrease the mistake and incidence rate of complications , and improve the quality of nursing students in PICC -maintenance.
