目的：：探讨针刀联合关节松动治疗肱骨外科颈骨折术后的临床疗效。方法：选择20例肱骨外科颈骨折术后住院患者,患者之前未经过康复训练。根据患者的情况给于闭合针刀治疗及关节松动疗法。结果：20例患者中3例接受一次治疗后功能恢复正常,15例接受两次治疗功能恢复正常,2例患者接受三次治疗后功能恢复正常。结论：针刀联合关节松动治疗肱骨外科颈骨折术后疗效显著。

목적：：탐토침도연합관절송동치료굉골외과경골절술후적림상료효。방법：선택20례굉골외과경골절술후주원환자,환자지전미경과강복훈련。근거환자적정황급우폐합침도치료급관절송동요법。결과：20례환자중3례접수일차치료후공능회복정상,15례접수량차치료공능회복정상,2례환자접수삼차치료후공능회복정상。결론：침도연합관절송동치료굉골외과경골절술후료효현저。
Objective:To investigate the Acupotomy combined with joint mobilization in treatment of humeral surgical neck fracture clinical curative ef ect after operation.Methods:20 cases of fracture of surgical neck of humerus in patients,patients without rehabilitation training before.According to the patient's situation to the closed acupotomy and joint loosening therapy.Result:In 20 patients,3 patients received a treatment function returned to normal,1 5 patients received two treatment function returned to normal,2 patients received three times after treatment function returned to normal.Conclusion:Acupotomy combined with joint significantly loosening ef ect in the treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture after operation.
