目的:通过研究证明 Pentacam 综合眼前节三维分析系统可以应用于原发性闭角型青光眼(primary angle-closure glaucoma,PACG)的早期筛查。方法选取正常对照组、急性 PACG 缓解期组、慢性 PACG 组、急性PACG 临床前期组、慢性 PACG 对侧眼组各25只眼,应用 Pentacam 综合眼前节三维分析系统测量前房形态参数,包括前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD )、前房容积(anterior chamber volume,ACV)、前房夹角(anterior chamber angle,ACA )。结果正常对照组前房形态3种参数测量值均大于其他各组(P <0.01),而 PACG 各组之间3种参数测量值差异无统计学意义。结论 Pentacam 综合眼前节三维分析系统测量前房形态参数可以为 PACG患者的筛查和早期诊断提供依据。

목적:통과연구증명 Pentacam 종합안전절삼유분석계통가이응용우원발성폐각형청광안(primary angle-closure glaucoma,PACG)적조기사사。방법선취정상대조조、급성 PACG 완해기조、만성 PACG 조、급성PACG 림상전기조、만성 PACG 대측안조각25지안,응용 Pentacam 종합안전절삼유분석계통측량전방형태삼수,포괄전방심도(anterior chamber depth,ACD )、전방용적(anterior chamber volume,ACV)、전방협각(anterior chamber angle,ACA )。결과정상대조조전방형태3충삼수측량치균대우기타각조(P <0.01),이 PACG 각조지간3충삼수측량치차이무통계학의의。결론 Pentacam 종합안전절삼유분석계통측량전방형태삼수가이위 PACG환자적사사화조기진단제공의거。
ABSTRACT:Objective To demonstrate whether Pentacam three dimension anterior eye segment analysis system can be used in the early screening of primary angle-closure glaucoma (PACG).Methods Five groups were included in the study:normal control group,primary acute angle-closure glaucoma (APACG) remission group,primary chronic angle closure glaucoma (CPACG)group,APACG preclinical group and CPACG contralater group.Then measured three parameters of anterior chamber morphology of the 25 eyes in each group by using Pentacam three dimension anterior eye segment analysis system including anterior chamber depth(ACD),anterior chamber volume (ACV),anterior chamber angle (ACA).Results Measurements of the three parameters of anterior chamber morphology in the normal control group were higher than the other four groups (P < 0.01 ).While the differences between the four PACG groups were not statistically significant.Conclusion Parameters of anterior chamber morphology measured by Pentacam three dimension anterior eye segment analysis system can provide basis in the screening and early treatment of PACG patients.
