目的：探讨纽曼护理对乳腺癌手术患者心理健康和生活质量的影响。方法：将50例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为研究组和对照组各25例。对照组实施常规护理，研究组给予纽曼护理，观察2组护理前后Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）和乳腺癌患者生活质量量表评分的变化情况。结果：SAS、SDS评分护理后研究组显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。生活质量各维度评分护理后研究组均明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：纽曼护理可改善乳腺癌手术患者的心理健康，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토뉴만호리대유선암수술환자심리건강화생활질량적영향。방법：장50례유선암수술환자수궤분위연구조화대조조각25례。대조조실시상규호리，연구조급여뉴만호리，관찰2조호리전후Zung초필자평량표（SAS）、Zung억욱자평량표（SDS）화유선암환자생활질량량표평분적변화정황。결과：SAS、SDS평분호리후연구조현저저우대조조(P＜0.05)。생활질량각유도평분호리후연구조균명현고우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론：뉴만호리가개선유선암수술환자적심리건강，제고생활질량。
Objective:To explore the effects of Neuman nursing combined with herbs on mental health and life quality of the patients undergoing the surgery of mammary cancer. Methods:Fifty patients were randomly allo-cated to the test group and the control group. The control group were given with routine care and the test group Neu-man nursing, the changes of Zung self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), Zung self-rating depression scale (SDS) and life quality scales were observed in both groups before and after the nursing. Results:SAS and SDS of the test group were lower than these of the control group after the nursing (P<0.05). The test group was higher than the control group notably in the scales of life quality (P<0.05). Conclusion:Neuman nursing could improve mental health and life quality of the patients undergoing the surgery of mammary cancer.
