目的：观察益肺抗痨散治疗复治涂阳肺结核的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组42例，2组均采用国家标准复治涂阳化疗方案2H3R3E3Z3S3/6H3R3E3，在强化期加用微卡22.5微克每20天臀部深部肌肉注射1次，共12次，治疗组在化疗基础上加服益肺抗痨散，1剂/d，水煎分服，疗程8个月。结果：总有效率治疗组为89.50%，对照组为47.62%。2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收率治疗2、5、6个月时治疗组均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：益肺抗痨散治疗复治涂阳肺结核临床疗效显著。
목적：관찰익폐항로산치료복치도양폐결핵적림상료효。방법：장80례환자수궤분위치료조38례화대조조42례，2조균채용국가표준복치도양화료방안2H3R3E3Z3S3/6H3R3E3，재강화기가용미잡22.5미극매20천둔부심부기육주사1차，공12차，치료조재화료기출상가복익폐항로산，1제/d，수전분복，료정8개월。결과：총유효솔치료조위89.50%，대조조위47.62%。2조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。담균전음솔、병조흡수솔치료2、5、6개월시치료조균고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：익폐항로산치료복치도양폐결핵림상료효현저。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of YiFei KangLao powder in treating re-treated smear-posi-tive pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into 38 cases of the treatment group and 42 cases of the control group. Both groups accepted national standard retreated smear-positive chemotherapy regimen 2H3R3E3Z3S3/6H3R3E3, in two weeks after chemotherapy during the intensive period, the patients re-ceived deep intramuscular injection in the buttock, 22.5 micrograms each time, once each 20 days, altogether 12 times, the treatment group took YiFei KangLao powder on the foundation of chemotherapy, one dose per day, water decocted, eight months were one course of the treatment. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.50%, higher than 47.62%of the control group with significant difference (P<0.05). The treatment group was higher than the control group in sputum negative conversion rate and focus absorption rate in two, five and six months after treating (P<0.05). Conclusion:YiFei KangLao powder is effective in treating re-treated smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis.
