目的：观察康复新液治疗急性放射性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例头颈肿瘤放疗患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组使用康复新液含漱治疗，对照组使用生理盐水含漱治疗，含漱时间为晨起、3餐后清洁口腔后及临睡前，l0 mL/次，含漱3～5分钟，直到放疗结束。结果：2级以上放射性口腔炎的发生率治疗组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。总有效率治疗组为93.3％，对照组为60.0％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：康复新液可有效防治放射性口腔炎的发生，能够降低放射性口腔炎发生率。
목적：관찰강복신액치료급성방사성구강염적림상료효。방법：장60례두경종류방료환자수궤분위치료조、대조조각30례。치료조사용강복신액함수치료，대조조사용생리염수함수치료，함수시간위신기、3찬후청길구강후급림수전，l0 mL/차，함수3～5분종，직도방료결속。결과：2급이상방사성구강염적발생솔치료조저우대조조(P＜0.05)。총유효솔치료조위93.3％，대조조위60.0％，치료조료효명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：강복신액가유효방치방사성구강염적발생，능구강저방사성구강염발생솔。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of KangFu XinYe in treating acute radiation stomatitis. Meth-ods:Sixty patients suffering from the tumors of head and neck were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were treated by gargling with KangFu XinYe and the control group by gargling with physiological saline, the time was in the morning, after mouth cleaning after three meals and before sleeping, 10 mL each time, gargling time: three to five minutes, by the end of radiotherapy. Results: The treatment group was lower than the control group in the incidence of radiation stomatitis above grade two (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, higher than 60.0%of the control group, the treatment group was superior to the control group obviously in clinical effects (P<0.05). Conclusion:KangFu XinYe could effectively prevent and treat radiation stomatitis, and it could decrease the incidence of radiation stomatitis.
