“亢害承制”是中医学理论中的一个重要组成部分，指五运六气变化过程中出现太过、不及时所表现的一种内在调节机制，是运气学说的主要内容。“亢害承制”之说肇始于《内经》，历代医家均有发展，且应用于临床，在疾病的诊疗中发挥了举足轻重的作用，笔者摘取古代医案数则阐发该理论之运用，以飨读者。

"Harmful hyperactivity and responding inhibition"is an important part of TCM theory, it is a kind of internal regulatory mechanism when there is hyperactivity or hypoactivity appeared in the changes of five move-ments and six climates, and it's main content of doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. The theory starts from NeiJing, it is developed by the doctors in all ages and used in clinic, which plays a decisive role in the di-agnosis and treatment for the disease. There are some ancient medical cases illustrated in the paper and offer the reader its application of the theory.
