目的:建立苍肤洗剂的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对苍肤洗剂中的蛇床子、黄柏、黄连的有效成分分别进行色谱鉴别。结果:在薄层色谱中均能检出蛇床子、黄柏、黄连药材,薄层色谱斑点清晰,且专属性强、重现性好。结论:所建立的TLC能有效地控制苍肤洗剂的质量。
目的:建立蒼膚洗劑的質量控製方法。方法:採用薄層色譜法(TLC)對蒼膚洗劑中的蛇床子、黃柏、黃連的有效成分分彆進行色譜鑒彆。結果:在薄層色譜中均能檢齣蛇床子、黃柏、黃連藥材,薄層色譜斑點清晰,且專屬性彊、重現性好。結論:所建立的TLC能有效地控製蒼膚洗劑的質量。
목적:건립창부세제적질량공제방법。방법:채용박층색보법(TLC)대창부세제중적사상자、황백、황련적유효성분분별진행색보감별。결과:재박층색보중균능검출사상자、황백、황련약재,박층색보반점청석,차전속성강、중현성호。결론:소건립적TLC능유효지공제창부세제적질량。
Objective:To establish the method for quality control of CangFu lotion. Methods:Active ingredi-ents of SheChuangZi [Cnidium monnieri(L.)Cuss.], HuangBo (Cortex Phellodendri Chinensis) and HuangLian (Cop-tis chinensis Franch.) in CangFu lotion were identified by TLC respectively. Results: SheChuangZi, HuangBo and HuangLian could be detected by TLC, TLC spots were clear, specific and reproducible. Conclusion: TLC method could be used for quality control of CangFu lotion.
