目的：观察扶正抗瘤方对肺癌化疗患者细胞免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法：将85例肺癌初次化疗患者随机分为治疗组(40例)和对照组(45例)，2组均给予常规化疗，治疗组在常规化疗的同时给予自拟扶正抗瘤方，观察治疗前和治疗后10天T细胞亚群(外周静脉血CD4+/CD8+)的变化情况；并观察在治疗16周后2组患者生活质量变化情况。结果：CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+2组治疗后均有改善（P＜0.05），治疗组改善更明显（P＜0.05）。治疗后躯体功能和总体健康评分治疗组改善明显（P＜0.05），与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：扶正抗瘤方干预静脉化疗肺癌患者能提高患者短期免疫功能，改善患者远期生活质量。
목적：관찰부정항류방대폐암화료환자세포면역공능급생활질량적영향。방법：장85례폐암초차화료환자수궤분위치료조(40례)화대조조(45례)，2조균급여상규화료，치료조재상규화료적동시급여자의부정항류방，관찰치료전화치료후10천T세포아군(외주정맥혈CD4+/CD8+)적변화정황；병관찰재치료16주후2조환자생활질량변화정황。결과：CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+2조치료후균유개선（P＜0.05），치료조개선경명현（P＜0.05）。치료후구체공능화총체건강평분치료조개선명현（P＜0.05），여대조조상비차이유통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론：부정항류방간예정맥화료폐암환자능제고환자단기면역공능，개선환자원기생활질량。
Objective:To observe the influence of FuZheng KangLiu prescription on cellular immunity and life quality of lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods:Eighty-five patients were randomized into the treatment group (40 cases) and the control group (45 cases), both groups received routine chemotherapy, the treat-ment group were given with self-design FuZheng KangLiu prescription, the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets (CD4+/CD8+in peripheral venous blood) were detected before treating and in ten days after treating;the changes of life quality in both groups observed in 16 weeks after treating. Results:CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+in both groups were improved after treating (P<0.05), the improvement of the treatment group was more notable (P<0.05). Somatic function and total health scores in the treatment group were ameliorated notably after treating (P<0.05), the differ-ence was significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:FuZheng KangLiu prescription in in-tervening venous chemotherapy of lung cancer patients could raise immunity of the patients in short-term and im-prove long-term life quality of the patients.
