目的：比较维生素B12与壳聚糖成膜喷剂两种方法治疗鼻咽癌急性放射性皮炎的效果优劣性。方法经组织病理学分类确诊为鼻咽癌，均采用三维适形放疗或调腔试行放疗，发生Ⅲ级以上急性放射性皮炎的120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组患者使用壳聚糖成膜喷剂，观察组则使用维生素B12外涂。结果Ⅲ级及以上放射性皮炎壳聚糖成膜喷剂效果显著不如维生素B12（P＜0.01）。结论对于Ⅲ级及以上急性放射性皮炎维生素B12疗效显著优于壳聚糖成膜喷剂，且价格便宜，值得临床推广应用。
목적：비교유생소B12여각취당성막분제량충방법치료비인암급성방사성피염적효과우렬성。방법경조직병이학분류학진위비인암，균채용삼유괄형방료혹조강시행방료，발생Ⅲ급이상급성방사성피염적120례환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조，각60례。대조조환자사용각취당성막분제，관찰조칙사용유생소B12외도。결과Ⅲ급급이상방사성피염각취당성막분제효과현저불여유생소B12（P＜0.01）。결론대우Ⅲ급급이상급성방사성피염유생소B12료효현저우우각취당성막분제，차개격편의，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective Observation on two effects of chitosan iflm spray and vitamin B12 for treatment ofⅢ degree of radioactive dermatitis.Methods 120 patients of nasopharyngeal carcinoma complied of radiotherapy randomly divided into 2 groups with 60 eases in each group. 60 cases in the control group were applied with vitamin B12 on the radiation ifelds in order to treatⅢ degree of radioactive dermatitis, biaifne crealn group with hiaifne applied on the radiation ifelds and hirudoid cream group with chitosan iflm spray applied on the radiation ifelds. The two groups compared in terms of radiodermatitis. Result Vitamin B12 group more eltictive than the control group(allP<0.01).Conclusion Vitamin B12 is effective, cheap in expense and simple in application for treatment of radiodermatitis.
