目的:应用高频彩色多普勒超声在治疗前、后及随访过程中监测颈部淋巴结变化情况,探讨颈部淋巴结高频多普勒超声鼻咽癌治疗及随访过程中临床应用价值。方法分别对34例鼻咽癌患者于治疗前后及随访过程中进行应用高频彩色多普勒超声对颈部淋巴结进行定位监测。结果34例鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移患者放疗前转移淋巴结血流强度多以Ⅱ~Ⅲ为主,放疗后、放疗后3个月测及颈部淋巴结血流强度以Ⅰ~Ⅱ为主,放疗后6个月其颈部淋巴结无Ⅱ级以上血流,结内多无血流信号,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。放疗前结内血流阻力指数(RI)较高,放疗后、放疗后3个月、放疗后6个月血流阻力维持低阻,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对鼻咽癌患者的颈部转移性淋巴结治疗前后监测具有一定的临床价值。

목적:응용고빈채색다보륵초성재치료전、후급수방과정중감측경부림파결변화정황,탐토경부림파결고빈다보륵초성비인암치료급수방과정중림상응용개치。방법분별대34례비인암환자우치료전후급수방과정중진행응용고빈채색다보륵초성대경부림파결진행정위감측。결과34례비인암경부림파결전이환자방료전전이림파결혈류강도다이Ⅱ~Ⅲ위주,방료후、방료후3개월측급경부림파결혈류강도이Ⅰ~Ⅱ위주,방료후6개월기경부림파결무Ⅱ급이상혈류,결내다무혈류신호,차이구유현저성(P<0.05)。방료전결내혈류조력지수(RI)교고,방료후、방료후3개월、방료후6개월혈류조력유지저조,차이구유현저성(P<0.05)。결론고빈채색다보륵초성대비인암환자적경부전이성림파결치료전후감측구유일정적림상개치。
Objective High frequency color doppler ultrasound in the treatment of before and after and monitor changes to the cervical lymph nodes in the process of follow-up, explore neck lymph nodes of hf doppler ultrasonic clinical application value in the course of treatment and follow-up of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods 34 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients before and after treatment and follow-up process application of high frequency color doppler ultrasound to locate monitoring cervical lymph nodes.Results 34 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma metastasis lymph node neck lymph node metastasis patients before radiotherapy blood lfow intensity is given priority to withⅡ-Ⅲ more, after radiotherapy, 3 months after radiotherapy and neck lymph node lfow intensity is given priority to withⅠ-Ⅱ, 6 months after radiotherapy level is above its neck lymph nodes withoutⅡ blood flow, and with no blood flow signals, with signiifcant difference (P<0.05). Before radiotherapy and the blood lfow resistance index (RI) is higher, after radiotherapy, radiotherapy after 3 months, 6 months after radiotherapy blood lfow resistance to maintain low resistance, with signiifcant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency color doppler lfow imaging (CDFI) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients of cervical metastatic lymph nodes before and after treatment monitoring has certain clinical value.
