目的:探讨多效清洗酶在不同水温下用不同的水稀释浸泡对器械清洗的效果影响。方法将污染后的器械均分成A、B、C 3组(n=210), A组用常温的自来水清洗以及稀释;B组用35℃~50℃的温水匹配相同多的水稀释清洗,在清洗过程中确保温度变化不大;C组用>60℃的高温水清洗,同样保持与B组一样的比例稀释,在清洗过程中确保温度变化不大。在浸泡、清洗、干燥后观察。通过5倍的放大镜用肉眼进行观察,再用潜血试验法检测。结果3组在目测方法检查下无统计学差异;潜血测试A组合格率为79.20%,B组合格率为90.10%,C组合格率为71.70%,3组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组的多效清洗酶用不同的水稀释对比合格率,B1组为90.78%、B2组为71.77%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多效清洗酶在35℃~50℃浸泡后清洗的效果最好,在匹配中要保持一定的稀释度,并控制好水温。

Objective To investigate the cleaning enzyme effect on equipment cleaning effect by water dilution and different soaking in different temperature, in order to understand the most effective use of the degree of dilution water cleaning enzyme and what and how.Methods The pollution of the equipment is divided into A, B, C 3 groups, Group A with our daily cleaning in tap water at room temperature and dilution; group B with 35℃-50℃ warm water matching water dilution cleaning as much, and in the process of cleaning in order to ensure the accuracy of the experiment, ensuring that the temperature changed little during the cleaning process; group C with high temperature water cleaning >60℃, the same as before the dilution proportion,and ensure that the temperature changed little during the cleaning process.Observation in immersion, cleaning, drying. With 5 times the magnifying glasswith the naked eye observation, and then detect the occult blood test.Results The 3 groups in the visual method to check no signiifcant difference; occult bloodtest A combination lattice rate was 79.20%, the qualiifed rate of B group was 90.10%, the qualiifed rate of C group was 71.70%, the test results were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05); then the cleaning enzyme B group of water diluted contrast different qualiifed rate, B1 group 90.78%, B2 group 71.77%, there are signiifcant in this two occult blood test (P<0.05).Conclusion The best cleaning enzyme after 35℃-50℃ immersion cleaning effect, andmaintain a certain degree of dilution as temperature control possible in matchingtime.
