Reading education is the results of joint-effort of the three aspects about family, school and society. As the most grass-roots social education institution, the public library plays an important role in the reading education popularization and promotion. At the same time it also shoulders the task of reading education generalization and implementation. Based on rich collection resources, the public library provides cooperation with schools at all levels to handle reading promotion activities, which contributes to improving the reading-habits and reading abilities.
