The relations between Lorentz force and amepere force and the formation mechanism of motional electromotive force was studied further. It is considered that amepere force is the sum of Lorentz forces acted on all electric charges in the wire. The problem of doing work of Lorentz force was discussed further through the course of producing motional electromotive force. The total works of the Lorentz force are zero, but the work of its component force is not zero. The component of Lorentz force provides the non-electrostatic force for producing motional electromotive force.
