[目的]探讨同伴支持在糖尿病病人规范注射胰岛素中的作用。[方法]从本院糖尿病俱乐部会员中招募自愿参加同伴支持教育的10名糖尿病病人来院协助糖尿病专科护士对注射胰岛素糖尿病病人采用示教与反示教的方法进行胰岛素规范注射教育。教育前后采用自行设计的胰岛素注射技术及相关知识调查问卷进行调查,观察同伴支持教育对病人胰岛素注射技术和胰岛素知识的掌握情况、糖代谢指标的影响。[结果]同伴支持教育后病人胰岛素注射技术和胰岛素知识的掌握情况、糖代谢水平明显优于教育前(P<0.01)。[结论]同伴支持教育对病人胰岛素注射技术及相关知识的掌握起到促进作用。

[목적]탐토동반지지재당뇨병병인규범주사이도소중적작용。[방법]종본원당뇨병구악부회원중초모자원삼가동반지지교육적10명당뇨병병인래원협조당뇨병전과호사대주사이도소당뇨병병인채용시교여반시교적방법진행이도소규범주사교육。교육전후채용자행설계적이도소주사기술급상관지식조사문권진행조사,관찰동반지지교육대병인이도소주사기술화이도소지식적장악정황、당대사지표적영향。[결과]동반지지교육후병인이도소주사기술화이도소지식적장악정황、당대사수평명현우우교육전(P<0.01)。[결론]동반지지교육대병인이도소주사기술급상관지식적장악기도촉진작용。
Obj ective:To probe into the effect of peer support education for insulin standard inj ection of diabetes mellitus patients.Methods:A to-tal of 10 diabetic patients voluntarily participated in peer support educa-tion were recruited from the institute of diabetes club membership,they assisted diabetes specialist nurses to conduct insulin standard inj ection ed-ucation for diabetic patients by using teaching and anti teaching method. Before and after education,the self designed insulin inj ection technology and related knowledge questionnaire were used to investigate and observe the influence on glucose metabolism indexes after education.Results:In-sulin inj ection technology,grasping situation of insulin knowledge and glucose metabolism level of 148 cases of patients with diabetes after edu-cation were much better than that before intervention(P<0.01).Conclu-sion:Peer support education can promote patients mastering of insulin in-j ection technology and related knowledge.
