Through this paper the literature material method and the logical analytic method,arranged and analyzed the factors caused the community elderly constipation and the study status quo and progress of improving the elderly constipation by TCM nursing measures,aiming to provide reference and basis for further study of application of TCM nursing for elderly consti-pation,so as to promote the health of community elderly.
